Goods are eligible for return if:

They were purchased within the last 14 days
They are in their original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

Goods made to your specifications or personalized
Goods unsuitable for return due to rapid deterioration or expiry
Goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for health/hygiene reasons
Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items are excluded unless required by applicable law.

Gifts

If Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If Goods were not marked as a gift or were shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be sent to the gift giver.
